RowVISTA Fold

This option enables the RowVISTA oar shafts to be split into two - in the same way the conventional oars also split.   This reduces the already-hinged VISTA oar from 2.05m length to only 1.15m.   That makes it much handier for transporting - often being the difference between poking your car passenger in the neck (!) and having it stowed neatly in the rear of your vehicle.
